  • Travelling to the eastern areas of Bangalore will no more be a tiresome affair with the completion of the Peripheral Ring Road and NH207.
  • The Nagawara to Gottigere line (as proposed under the Phase 2 A plan) will be extended further South till Nice Junction and towards the North till the Bangalore airport.
  • Speedier access to the airport will be provided by a 15-km elevated corridor connecting central Silk Board Junction to Jaymahal Road.
  • When it comes to education, Manipal Education and many aviation academies are all set to open their campuses in the area.
  • There are a few Defence and Aerospace Electronics focused companies like Centum Electronics that has opened one of its manufacturing facility in Bengaluru at the Aerospace Park near Devanahalli. The facility is located approximately 2 to 3 km away from the Bengaluru International Airport.
  • Taj is the first 5 star to start operations at Devanahalli while other reputed hotel chains are also poised to open shop soon.
